My obsession unfortunately is not in the amazing pieces here, it’s the creature itself….I devour this any given chance, yes! I eat snails! Huge west African ones, delicious roasted, boiled, stewed or fried. I’m so sorry…I couldn’t help myself, it’s hard to find in Houston where I’m currently residing, so you can understand my weakness.
