On November 12 the businesswoman’s jewelry collection, including bracelets, earrings and Van Cleef & Arpels brooches, will go up for auction at Christie‘s in Geneva. Fans of 1950s style might recognize pieces like the Tiger brooch or the René Boivin diamond link bracelet from the many glossy photos of Hélène, as whether pinned to her shoulder or draped over her wrist, she was never seen without her jewelry. The epitome of French elegance, her collection will now be passed on to the next generation in the turning of a glittering page of fashion history.
