  1. I love these colors! They make me look forward to spring.
    As for someone mentioning wearing just mascara and red lipstick during winter, all the darkness and gray where I’m at would only emphasize any darkness in the eye area, making women’s eyes look more tired. Plus, red lipstick brings attention to your eyes, so I would first neutralize those shadows, then add some drama (like eyeliner) and light luminescence to the eye area.
