The Petrodvorets Watch Factory is Russia’s oldest factory – it was founded by Peter the Great in 1721 as the Peterhof Lapidary Works and still manufactures the worlds most famous watches – Raketa. They were produced for the Red Army, the Soviet Navy, for North Pole expeditions, as well as for civilians.
The beautiful Natalia Vodianova is a fan of the precious timepieces and this passion turned into a collaboration between them. Here are the ruby-incrusted watches that Natalia designed for the brand – entitled “Star“. The collection is in limited edition and part of the profits from sales of the new Petrodvorets Watch Factory will go to the charity fund of Natalia Vodianova – “Naked Heart” – a foundation that aims to help all the children in Russia have a loving family and a secure and stimulating place to play.
