Shopbob and Born Free, in collaboration with 22 designers, MAC cosmetics, Amazon Fashion and Vogue, launched a charity project together, from which 100% of the sales will go to the fight against HIV transmission from mother to child. Leading designers like Miuccia Prada, Diane von Furstenberg, Phoebe Philo, Stella McCartney and others, created items with bright tribal patterns for both women’s and children’s clothing in the same design.
Iconic photographer Patrick Demarchelier shot models Sasha Pivovarova, Doutzen Kroes and Karolina Kurkova with their children for the Born Free campaign. “I am delighted that such a noble fashion community devotes its time and talent of our common challenging but achievable goal – the prevention of HIV transmission from mother to child. The importance of this project is difficult to overestimate . And for me a great honor – to contribute to the solution of this problem . We all got together at the right time and the right place to combine our efforts and save millions of lives , “- says John Megru , executive director of Born Free. The entire collection is available for purchase at Shopbob.com.
