The Simpsons and MAC collaboration for Fall 2014
Before we could even fully enjoy the results of MAC‘s collaboration with the New York designer, Proenza Schouler, the company announced the forming of a new team – MAC and “The Simpsons”. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the world wide famous show MAC will create a special, limited edition collection, said to be due in September, inspired by Marge Simpson – a different kind of beauty icon, with her blue hair. Despite the fact that, in the cartoon series, non of the main characters wear make-up, MAC takes the challenge – no word on the product offerings yet, but probably a lot based on canary yellow and blue shades. It was about time a cosmetics company honoured this show with a collection, and just in time for Halloween!
