Lana Del Rey makes the issue of Madame Figaro Magazine for June 2014. The singer, that just released another album – Ultraviolence – features dark, romantic and dramatic looks, as she accustomed us with by now. The 28 years old singer performed at Glastonbury Festival on Saturday, showing off a psychedelic look and puffing a cigarette – she kept the headlines for all the wrong reasons lately and her latest ‘dispute’ was with the daughter of Kurt Cobain, Frances Bean, accusing the singer for romanticising “the death of young musician”.
She tweeted: “The death of young musicians isn’t something to romanticize. I’ll never know my father because he died young and it becomes a desirable feat because people like you think it’s “cool”. Well, it’s f**king not. Embrace life, because you only get one life. The people you mentioned wasted that life. Don’t be one of those people.”
Lana Del Rey responded: “It’s all good. He [the interviewer] was asking me a lot about your dad. I said I liked him because he was talented not because he died young.”
