As we were saying in a previous post, Victoria & Alber Museum prepared to host one of the most anticipated exhibition – the evolution of Alexander McQueen – Savage Beauty Exhibition. The museum finally opened its doors and as we step foot inside we are welcomed by the designer’s words – “London is where I was brought up. It’s where my heart is and where I get my inspiration.“
From the first London room, displaying his earliest work, we enter Savage Mind, a space dedicated to his tailoring development, where McQueen tells us: “That’s what I’m here for, to demolish the rules but keep the tradition.” Opens to public 14th of March, don’t miss it, it will only enrich your soul!
